Ron built his career at the intersection of technology, people, and purpose known for solving complex problems and for building a culture that treated community involvement as non-negotiable.

His teams have supported the American Heart Association, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the United Way, the Independence Center, and dozens of other organizations. Giving back wasn't a policy at Daugherty—it was how they operated.

The Foundation carries that same philosophy forward, directed at the communities and causes that need it most.
