Daugherty Enterprises and Foundation is what that desire built, alongside a team of mission-driven individuals focusing on doing more good.

The Man Behind the Mission
Ron’s career has taken him to the intersection of technology, people, and purpose. In every endeavor, he’s strived to build a culture that treats community involvement as non-negotiable, creating business built to make an impact.
His teams have supported the Alzheimer's Association, the United Way, Haven House St. Louis, the Independence Center, and dozens of other organizations. Giving back isn't just a policy; it's how we operate.

A Cause That Became Personal
Among the Foundation's focus areas, Alzheimer's disease holds a particular place. For Ron and many on his team, it's not abstract it's touched people they love. That connection deepened the Foundation's commitment to research, caregiving support, and helping families navigate one of the hardest diagnoses a doctor can deliver.
